Brian Strobel, DVM
Center Veterinarian
Dr. Strobel graduated with honors from the North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006. Following graduation, Dr. Strobel completed a rotating internal medicine and surgical internship at the Animal Medical Center in Manhattan. Following his internship, Dr. Strobel moved to California to join the Emergency and Critical Care Service at the University of California at Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine. As a clinical instructor, he performed emergency duties and played an active role in teaching and mentorship of fourth year veterinary students. Dr. Strobel also held a position working in a private practice emergency hospital in Sacramento prior to moving back to the East Coast. His experience at UC Davis and in private practice provided Dr. Strobel with knowledge in all areas of clinical medicine and diagnostics and he is happy to bring these skills to our Center. We are thrilled to have him on our team and we hope that you will feel free to consult with him regarding our advanced imaging techniques and radiation therapy.
Dr. Strobel currently lives in Jersey City with his two dogs; a lab mix named Polizon and a Yorkie/Pomeranian mix named Mr. Bernstein.
Susan Stroligo
Certified Veterinary Technician
Susan joined the center in July of 2008 with 6 years of experience in a small animal hospital in Montclair, where she still works part-time as a veterinary technician. She recieved her Bachelor of Science from The Fashion Institute of Technology and worked on 7th Ave before volunteering at a local shelter where she realized her passion for animals was much greater than her passion for fashion. This led her to attend the N.J. Consortium for Veterinary Technicians from which she received an Associates Degree in veterinary technology. Susan then passed the national veterinary technician boards in January of 2007.
Susan is mommy to "Morty"-tough-guy feline from the streets of Queens, NY, "Kai"–the "Brad Pitt" of cats and "Callum"-a Montclair mutt from PAWS shelter.
George Kreal
Certified Veterinary Technician
George joined the Center in June of 2010 and has 5 years of experience as a technician, working at a referral hospital in Paramus, NJ working with the emergency service. He is currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Biology at William Paterson University as well as an Associate's degree in Radiographic Technology at the County College of Morris. George has a special interest in diagnostic imaging and has enjoyed his time at the Center so far. We look forward to working with George for years to come.
George has a dog named "Tyson" that he rescued from a local animal shelter as well as two ferrets ("Major Burns" and "Little Girl").
